Brayden leads the sales and business development efforts at New Road Energy. His enthusiasm for the solar sector was sparked in 2015, beginning with a summer installation role on commercial solar projects, a pursuit he maintained throughout his college tenure.

Post-graduation from High Point University, where he majored in Business Sales with a minor in Marketing, Brayden refined his skills in client engagement and project collaboration. His professional journey includes significant experience in fostering partnerships, troubleshooting project challenges, and aligning project outcomes with client expectations. His exceptional relationship management and reliability have been pivotal in driving sales growth and achieving substantial revenue contributions.

In 2020, Brayden embraced the chance to return to the solar industry with New Road Energy. He is dedicated to guiding clients through the adoption of optimal solar energy solutions, matching their energy needs with sustainable and efficient systems.

Outside of his professional life, Brayden is an avid golfer, a fan of English Premier League soccer, and an enthusiastic traveler.
