Our Partnership Pathway

The Process:

1. Contract Signature

  • Gather all necessary documents.
  • Ensure all parties review the agreement.
  • Sign the contract to formalize the engagement.

2. Site Survey (1-2 days)

  • Schedule a visit to the site with the client.
  • Perform a detailed inspection of the premises including the roof/land, electrical room, and router locations.
  • Set up safety zones and access points as needed.
  • Collect measurements and assess the structural integrity for weight loading.

3. Professional Engineer Review (if necessary)

  • Arrange a second visit by a Professional Engineer to validate initial findings.

4. Engineering/Design (1-3 weeks)

  • Compile site survey data to create a preliminary design.
  • Review and refine the design in the office.
  • Present the final design to the customer for approval.

5. Permitting (4-6 weeks)

  • Prepare and submit permit applications to local, utility, and state authorities.
  • Collect customer signatures for certain application parts before and after job completion.

6. Installation (1- X weeks)

  • Determine site logistics for equipment storage.
  • Conduct the installation, ensuring minimal disruption and coordination with the client for any necessary power shutdowns.
  • Maintain clear communication regarding facility use, such as bathroom access or the need for portable facilities.

7. Commissioning (2-4 days)

  • Perform system tests.
  • Connect the system to online monitoring platforms.

8. Inspections/Final Paperwork (4-8 weeks)

  • Schedule and facilitate township inspections.
  • Follow up on the installation of the Net Meter by the utility company.
  • Complete and submit final paperwork for state approval and incentive programs.
  • Acquire necessary client signatures.

9. Job Closeout

  • Deliver all final paperwork and instructions to the client.

At each stage, it's essential for us to maintain open lines of communication with you, providing updates and coordinating access and logistics as required. The timeline provided should be used as a guide, with the understanding that some stages may overlap or require adjustment based on the project's specifics or external factors such as permitting and inspection schedules.
